The 2016 International Ice Dragon Boat series-Harbin Section was held by the International Ice Dragon Boat Federation in Harbin Workers’ Sports Club on Dec 28th. Nineteen teams from different Labor Unions of Heilongjiang Province join the race; they enjoy padding on the ice with speed and passion.
